This week we hosted our cutting-edge hybrid event 'Working Better Anywhere' with 100 joining online and 100 at Miro HQ. Together we explored, experimented and shared new world of work insights galore.
Thank you for joining me on the 🔥 panel, set in 2025, Jakob Knutzen, Sid van Wijk, Thijs Sprangers and I shared best practices and patterns found in companies that thrived (or died) in the new world of work. From; embracing Facilitative Leadership, de-centralized work cultures, intentionally redesigning meetings and the new role of offsites, to the art of adopting, integrating and training(!) the right tool stack.
Though, as always - my favorite moment came from a group of participants, who beautifully compared the new world of work - to a bionic leg. More to follow on that, in our event recap...
