Whats your best tip for starting or growing a business?

When people ask me this question, I always say the same thing. Find your Lete Hulscher. Here’s why:

It's not self-depreciation. It's not to say I don't recognize my own achievements and the role I've played in Mischief's success. But I know that Mischief Makers B.V. wouldn’t be what it is today if we hadn’t done this together. Because we are the yin to each other's yang.

One of our mentors summed it up best…

I dream up A, B, C..... and jump to Z. Lete knows exactly what we need to do to fill in every letter AND get us there.

If I have my head in the clouds, she has her feet on the ground. And we meet in the middle, at the heart of it all.

So when people ask me what’s my best tip to create or grow a business, I tell them to find their Lete – the person who complements you and can be your partner to do great work. Ironically, although we are so different, it’s a running joke how often we show up wearing the same clothes (pics for proof)
